Isaac voicing his opinion and kissing/eating Junior

Isaac has become more and more vocal. He is starting to use his voice and likes the way he sounds.

Also Junior, our bird, likes to look at Isaac. Isaac thinks Junior is food and therefore opens his mouth wide and tries to eat Junior. Junior thinks this means Isaac wants a kiss.

A few days worth of fun!

We have had a busy past couple of days. Thursday we went to a neighbor's house that has a boy 5 days older than Isaac and we had a pre-July 4th BBQ. It was fun and it was cute to see the boys interacting with each other. Next month they are taking swim lessons together. Then July 4th we had Kelly and Amanda over for a BBQ and some 4th of July fireworks, although the fireworks were a bust since it was so foggy we couldn't even see them.:(

So here are some pictures of these fun events and one of Isaac loving to play peekaboo. His new favorite thing is mommy and him playing peekaboo.

I am a Gerber Food Kid now:)

So Isaac is starting to eat his pureed Gerber food. His food choices so far, prunes (good for his digestive track), peaches (sort of) and oatmeal(he likes). I feed him at lunch and dinner and he always likes a bottle to follow. I have just started feeding him the oatmeal for breakfast. He is a messy eater! He has learned it is funny to make spitting bubbles while eating, so food sometimes will spray. Thanks for the clean up kid:)

He is almost ready to completely sit up, but still not there yet.

More friends...

Isaac has had many visitors lately. Keith, Viki and Loryn came up from LA to visit this past weekend. Isaac loved playing with Loryn. Isaac was so good he slept through our dinner out and our breakfast at Chinese Dim Sum.

Isaac got to visit with his adopted aunties because they came to visit us. We had a blast hanging out and shopping in Emeryville. Isaac was good the whole day and he also slept in his stroller as we shopped.

Isaac Rolling Over

Isaac can now roll over from his tummy to the back. He has not yet mastered his back to the tummy. He alos has found a voice. He likes to make this happy glee sound over and over again. He is getting bigger by the day:)

So we decided to try on these cute Nike shoes that a friend bought from Japan. They were so cute and Isaac is getting stronger and stronger everyday. He is standing strong, of course with help. I think his exersaucer helped him with that. He loves his exersaucer! Here is a video.
